Apart from an extraordinary subject knowledge Matt has a forensic mindset. He was determined to find the source of the problems of playability … and he did. Matt was proactive with repair solutions and consulted me at every step of the way. He gave me sensible choices/options and was more than happy to discuss any queries or concerns I might have had.
